If you want birria, birria or birria, this is the place for you. We arrived and placed our order quickly. We ordered the birria platter, 2 tacos, a quesadilla, queso and chips and side of rice. We waited 25 minutes for our order. As we waited we saw 6 other people that ordered after us receive their order before us. The queso was thick and inedible. The platter of food was cold. Tacos were good but flavor was limited. I was bummed we didn’t have a better experience.

Long lines but they go by very quickly. They have some new menu items. The birria melt . The nachos . We ordered the cheesey crunch taco with a quesadilla. So delicious. We have been to the other locations and those were all great as well. Great birria tacos! Highly recommend

The food and atmosphere where amazing!!! The only reason I gave 4 stars on service was because I felt that the young lady taking our order could have been a little more informative. When I’ve never been to a place, I’m one that does ask questions to familiarize myself with the menu (especially with my little ones being a little bit picky).

I got the birria tacos. I asked what was good and was told everything was…so i went with the birria tacos. The shells were very crispy and I did enjoy that they were freshly made. I recieved my food very quickly. The sauce (consume?) was very bland. I love Ramen and fear if i had gotten that instead it would have been bland compared to traditional Ramen which has amazing broth.

Went in Saturday night definitely was a mood changer. Was welcomed as soon as I walked in I come in once every week that never happened she was very friendly told me new things to try different other than the tacos I got the burrito was a gamer changer, I can’t remember that girls name she was new I’ve never seen her before but I hope I keep seeing loved that she kept the conversation with everyone not just us! The place was very clean almost spotless I like to say for a business night. I wish I could gotten her name but I left her a good tip! I’m pretty sure it started with an N she definitely deserve a good shout out for her wonderful service!

This place is the BEST of the BEST. The consomme and birria is the best I have ever had hands down! I am so happy they opened up right next to my neighborhood. I will be making this spot a regular for sure! We ordered the quesadilla and crunchy Tacos with cheese and both are phenomenal. Go here you will not regret it!

Pretty good food for the price, we got the birria quesadilla, tacos de birria, and two aguas de pepino y limón for ~$28. The consomé is an add on for some reason, and we didn’t realize until after we got our food which was a bummer. It took a long time to get our food which was also a bummer, but the atmosphere was nice and clean. A bit sterile but that’s the vibe now I guess. Solid 7.5/10.

Came here on opening day in the evening time and got some crispy birria tacos to go. Unfortunately I wasn’t impressed the birria wasnt shredded enough to MY liking and tasted bland as well as the consume, I figured it was opening day and to try it again and the second time was a lot better. Only complaint is the birria is still “chunky” and not shredded enough bc two of my tacos had big pieces of fat in them. Overall I’d probably give this place 3.5 out of 5 they are still new so I can imagine it can get better in time! Definitely prefer the west valley location but if I don’t wanna make the drive then this is my second choice.

We were expecting a more formal sit-down experience. But the food was delicious! Freshly made to order, and very savory. The crispy taco with cheese was yummy! The beans were perfect. Strawberry horchata was excellent. Worth the trip.
