I’ve ordered rib lunches several times and always been pleased. This last time, I decided to order hamburgers. They show all sandwiches in a basket with fries. However, you only get the hamburger. There is no way to order a side of fries either. I checked that out after the fact. Disappointed at the $12.60 each price point…the pictures appear to me to be false advertising.

The customer service here is excellent. I felt right at home. The food is delicious. I had the bbq beef sandwich, coleslaw, potato salad, and fried zucchini. Everything was tasty . They have plenty of parking in front and the back. You can also sit on the covered patio next door at Brian’s. I highly recommend this place. And I even spoke with the manager who said they locally source their ingredients.

I would give more stars but the female staff are absolutely horrible. They are RUDE! I asked a simple question about the menu and she had a nasty attitude. She refused to take my order. If the guy hadn’t come out to take my order, I would never have been served. The guy was nice and helpful and I noticed he helped all customers. The 2 females there were just standing around and gossipping. I would never go there again unless I know they’re gone.

Reasonable prices, good food, friendly staff. I had a pork rib dinner with baked beans and cole slaw. All of it was good. They provided extra BBQ sauce on the side. The meat was very tender, but tasted like the sauce was only applied after cooking. Some like it that way, but I like a little of the sauce tast to get into the meat or at least have it pre-seasoned. I was very satisfied overall however.

Big B’s has been my favorite BBQ place since college. Hanging out at Brian’s Sports Bar, eating Big B’s ribs while doing my laundry at the laundromat in that complex was my weekly routine all thru college. I still love to stop in whenever I am in the area. Their sauce is generally the best around. Although this time the sauce was missing a little bit of the mesquite smokey flavor, it was still tangy and delicious. Please get the smokey flavor back and I will give you that 5th star next time Big B’s! 😉
