I’m giving them 3 stars despite my satisfaction with the food & the service. Though they did forget my side of slaw & I had to drive back to get it but they gave me an extra side of it to make up for it. Which is a pricey apology when you think about it! Because a side of slaw, 2 sides each of potatoes and mac n cheese, 2 individual sides of gravy, 20 Chicken strips & a handful of biscuits is apparently nearly 70 dollars worth of food. Just keep gouging folks for every hard earned cent you can get out of them because at a certain point the tide will turn.

Bloody chicken once and cold side sides. Cashier said Mac n Cheese was fresh it wasn’t. It was cold. Few times chicken tasted like freezer burn.

Went to pick up our order this evening and they told my husband they had given our online order to someone else. Didn’t bother checking the name of the order with the person they gave the order to or making sure they paid $70 for the food- just handed our food off. In addition to being incredibly rude, they refused to remake our order or even give us a refund.

Say a prayer over your food. 1 employee was preparing food while eating what looked like a piece of cheese. Another employee came from the bathroom with a cell phone and handed it to another employee that was behind the counter in the food prep area and she took it with her gloves on and handed it off and went right back to touching food.
