Came in on account of the liberation of Taco Tuesday. No one at the counter, though the employee cleaning some surfaces noted us but didn’t take our order or ask someone else to do so. After a couple minutes, we got to ask after the free taco. The employee consulted with a manager, who tried to claim the promotion didn’t exist. We pointed at the electronic ordering station with the big display affirming it, and were eventually served with tacos and the minimum of service. On the plus side, the tacos themselves were fine passable.

i came to pick up my food that i ordered through uber eats just for the drive thru to tell me someone already came and picked it up ♀️ so my food was handed off without anyone confirming that they had an order for… me? okay. then i’m told they can remake my order and i agree, just for the manager/shift lead with blue hair to tell me to get my order resent/cancelled because they can’t remake the food due to the inventory becoming short. so i can’t get my food because you guys handed it off to someone else without checking their phone or even asking who the order was for ? terrible, teach your employees better

Customer service was excellent. The young man at the drive thru seemed to be doing everything by himself (answering/taking orders, making the drinks, etc.) and he did it all with a smile. Made service and the line move along slowly, understandable, hence the 4, not 5 stars. Food was hot and made right.

They gave me the wrong food, took 3 tries to fix it and half an hour later they finally get it to me and I still had to ask for a missing piece. Took my phone to the back to check the order which was gross and unprofessional, and the Manger seemed like he didn’t care or pay attention. 0 customer service skills

Rancid ingredients. Overcharged me. They dont actually follow recipes. And after spending over $10 i was kicked out of the parking lot in about a half hour for loitering. Run by a bunch of shouting kids. Save ur money, go to norwood. I eat taco bell weekly, almost daily. i wont go near this location, however. Edit: if u filter only 5 star reviews u will notice they are all from at least 2 years ago.

Decent place. This spot gets a bad rap but it’s one of the few places in Massachusetts where you can get Taco Bell, let alone a Long John’s Silver. I always over order here. I love their fish and chips along with some tacos!
