I always enjoy getting Dominos from this location. They have had trouble in the last year it seems like with short staff (just like most places today), but they always gave their best service with a smile. There were a few times I had to wait longer than usual for my food, but they always tried to have it to me ASAP and made my order feel important. Domino’s values their customers and I’m glad to see they are getting more staff and getting food out quicker. If there was ever an issue with my order (hardly never) they were upfront and compromised with me to handle the situation professionally. I am always satisfied with this location and it’s staff. Thank you all for doing your best.

Domino’s use the have awesome, buttery pan pizzas but SOMETHING CHANGED around 6/2022! Looks like new owners.. The Canal Fulton pan pizzas are trash, no buttery taste, they taste like baking soda and are worse than pretty much ANY other shop around here. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. Very sad 🙁

NEW REVIEW: This went from the best Domino’s for years to the absolute worst this summer. Last 3 pizzas I had were completely wrong and staff was not very kind. I kept giving it a chance but I’m giving up and spending my hard earned money someplace else. I don’t get what happened. It did a total 180. Maybe people don’t care about one customer not coming back but look at the recent reviews. A lot aren’t coming back. If you continue to run the business this way you’ll close. Such a shame.

We tried to order online but the order would not go through. We called to order and the price jumped 20 dollars. Has anyone else had this happen to them. I know of three people that it has happened to. It goes through a call center not even to your local domino’s. I wonder if they could have been hacked. This was the worst experience I’ve had trying to order pizza. I will not be ordering from them again.

I went to redeem my rewards for a free pizza and was willing to drive to get in store pickup, which they didn’t offer. Delivery only, which I get it. I have a free pizza that I pay for $7 after delivery fees and tip and it’s two hours later. I get that it’s hard right now and businesses are short staffed, but to wait over two hours for pizza when I’m willing to drive five minutes down the road (which I could’ve driven down the road had they not closed for pickup) I’d be okay with. But, no heads up and seven dollars later for a “free pizza” is beyond frustrating.

I don’t know what happened to this location, but the quality of food has went downhill. The last three times I have ordered here in the last 3 months, the pizza was barely edible. The crust is much drier than normal and has no garlic seasoning. The amount of sauce is only enough to make the crust red. Ever since the ownership has changed hands the quality has gradually degraded into the worst pizza I’ve ever tasted.

If I could give this location more than 5 stars, I would. Easy to order, app is great! When delivered, every driver has been friendly & timely. In the store pick up is clean… also friendly & timely service. I order from here a lot, I like that the menu has a great selection its not just pizza. Pat on the back to the mngr. Ever since they got a new owner the quility has gone down. When you order double cheese you shouldn’t be able to see the sauce and dough. The toppings were terrible there was barely any on the pizza. This was the worst pizza I’ve ever had from there might as well get my pizza from somewhere else.
