Not even worth the one star. Here working from out of town. Ordered 3 dinners and what a joke. Not even worth getting into the details. Terrible customer service. It’s apparent they don’t understand English very well. Food wasn’t good. The chicken parmigiana was ridiculous. It came with slivers of chicken. Not a breaded cutlet. The Alfredo wasn’t any better. The sauce taste like white cheddar cheese from a can. The order was incorrect and they did nothing to fix it. Never ordering from here again. This place is absolutely horrible. Does not belong in Cleveland.

In town for a concert and staying at a hotel. Not much was open late by the time we got back, but I came across this place. Decided to go for it and order the 4 cheese pizza. Had it delivered to me at my hotel and it was handed right to me by an older Italian man. As he handed it over, he said it was the best pizza in town and to enjoy. Well, he wasn’t lying. It was FANTASTIC. The pizza was so good!! My boyfriend even gave it a 10/10 and he doesn’t do that often. Great food, great service, super fast delivery.

Staying in CLE and decided we wanted pizza. Somebody recommended Fabio’s so we placed an order. Order was estimated to arrive around 10:52…we got the pizza at 11:34, Cold. Not pleased with the customer service, as we all get busy but a call would have been nice, or a fresh, warm pizza like we thought we ordered.

Ordered 20 wings and an anti pasta salad through Doordash at about 1am. Delivery was rather quick, about 30-35 minutes. They only delivered 10 wings instead of 20. When I called they made it right and delivered the other 10 wings within 15 minutes. Love their wings! Way better than any corporate pizza place. The delivery driver was so kind!

I ordered a small pizza with pepperoni, sausage and mushrooms. I love the pizza there. But, that dry burned pizza they served me. Made me think twice about going back there. That was the worse pizza I EVER got from them. They really didn’t care about me as a customer that night. I was very disappointed.

They are not a franchise, they are a small family owned tiny store with a lot of punch. They are open until super late (4 am) when everything else is closed, besides, I ordered a four-cheese medium pizza and it was superb, the amount of cheeses, the flavor was delicious, the crust was crunchy and perfectly baked, I have eaten lots of pizzas, theirs is a top one and their price is reasonable
