Placed my delivery order at 6:30pm. Called to check the status at 8:00pm the operator said it was delivered. Go check outside the driver left the pizza on the ground outside. Don’t know how long it’s been out there and it was cold. Horrible and definitely won’t be ordering again.

Ordered, get to drive thru and young red head guy said 6 more minutes. No problem. The next thing we see is the red head guy being ridiculously reamed out in the parking lot by an older bald heavy set man named, Coffer or similar name. After nearly 15 minutes and our cook still being reamed out, I got out and said, hey, maybe go cook some pizza? They went inside. Waited a bit longer. I go inside to find a young lady making me pizzas and the older man was STILL reaming out the red head kid in the backroom!

Ordered a pizza, wings, breadsticks, and a chocolate chip cookie. Total was almost $75 before I added the tip for the driver. The pizza was covered in cheese (did not order extra) but very little other toppings. The wings were the smallest wings I’ve ever seen, matter of fact I’ve seen frog legs with more meat on them! Delivery time was 80 minutes and it wasn’t even a Papa John’s delivery driver…..it was DoorDash. We’ve ordered from this location several times and always been happy but definitely not this time. The breadsticks and cookie were good but the pizza and wings were pitiful. I’ll be finding another take out pizza/wings place for next time.

Poor customer service, ordered a pizza I did not check it till I got home. It was incorrect, things happen. Called them only to be told it was going to take an hour before they could start making another pizza. Offered to bring it back, the guy said I’ll just refund you your money. Never received the refund.

Yesterday i ordered a papadia. It was over an hour before it was delivered. Reason why?? Because they made it with left over pizza. I knows how they supposed to look and how they are supposed to be made. It was an folded pizza, cut in the shape of a papadia.
