Kiosk is absolutely horrendous. You’ll wait 15-20 minutes while people who order through register pass you by. A sign instructing the use of kiosk if using card is placed at the counter. This is not a staff issue it is a tech issue. The human employees are friendly and hard working.

Very rude people working in there. Fries were obviously so old and soaked in grease. Nobody greeted me and refused to help me or even tell me I had to order at the kiosk. I have never had a single problem coming here during the day but will not be returning during the evening hours.

Very disrespectful workers, they act nice with certain customers and then ignore others. It’s like they choose who to give good service too based on their personal opinion of you. I do not recommend going here. Plus a worker spit in my food while the other worker blocked so I couldn’t see.

They were way too slow, and only 2 people were working. It was a very busy day and many customers were waiting for their food. They spoke hardly any English (mostly Spanish) and were goofing off most of the time. People complained to Walmart.
