New to the area.. been the 3rd time I’ve gone. Was out of alot of stuff but I figured I’d try something new. I got the pineapple Strawberry boba.. gross! It was so sour that it wasn’t even salvageable. Lucky it was Wednesday and that one was free so I did have to toss it. But my iced white lightening coffee was not any better. Not sweet and very bitter.. Definitely will be sticking to McDonald’s or Starbucks coffee since my visits to Biggby at this location wasn’t the greatest.

Drive from Kalamazoo to Plainwell for ice storm power outage day two. Cold, tired and hungry so drive here to this Biggby location. Both young men working were so very welcoming and very down to berth, made my day thank you ❤️

Stopped to get a coffee through the drive thru on my way to work Friday morning. The lights were all off. I look at the hours posted on the door, it says this location opens at 6am (online it says 5am). It’s 7am, and they were not open. I don’t go to Biggby often, but this has happened before at this location. When they are open, they are extremely slow.
