The pizza has been really good at this location lately and employees have been nice. The store used to make bad pizzas and staff was unfriendly (and dirty) so we stopped ordering from there for over a year. We recently tried them again and things have been much better the last several orders. Guessing there was a management change – been very happy with them lately, hope they keep up the good work.

Tried to get a pizza delivered and was constantly referred to another store. When I called back to talk to a manager, the manager never answered the phone. On top of that the app wasn’t working so Mr. Jim’s here I come.

Ordered pizza at 2pm & the app said it would be ready at 2:25pm & its NOW 2:45pm and the lady just told me it would be another 20min… I ordered carry out because I thought it would be quicker but it wasnt ): I should’ve just got Whataburger or did delivery smh.

When I arrived home the pizza wasn’t whole. It looked like a slice was missing. I took the pizza back after calling and no one answering, and the manger said but there’s a eight pieces. Me- but it’s not a whole pizza! Who knows what happened to my pizza between the time it was cooked and when I received it. Somebody up there did not have any common sense that the customer might question it.

Full store 1 person working inside everyone else is just standing outside, the person inside said they can’t check anyone out because they don’t have access to the Till. 5 stars to the employee actually working and assisting people the best he can.

My Super supreme stuffed crust pizza is now $20? Quality was negligent/missing too. Treating your loyal customers like **** probably doesn’t concern the Hut.
