Did an online order. All of my contact info was available. Went to pick it up 30 minutes later and was told they ran out of thin crust. My pizza was not ready. Apparently they cannot call you if there is an issue or email or text you. I was offered to have it on a smaller crust. I already paid online for the large size. A refund would take 3 to 4 days?? Not happy with the lack of customer service.

I don’t understand the posted hours. Three times I’ve tried to get a pizza between 8:30 and 8:45 either by phone or walking in and have been told no. They offer me something already made. Just close earlier if your not going to help customers until 9:00.

Place is filthy and good luck trying to get a job here as a stepping stone, they will call you a job hopper even when you spent your entire 20s working in the same industry and helped run the company for almost 10 years! Everyone looks depressed working there and the vibe was way off when I walked in! Nobody seems friendly… you can’t expect people to work at Papa Murphy’s as a career like give me a break

Do not order a pizza from papa murphys monroe. Assistant manager was rude, they lost there local customers. They don’t care about anything but money even though they get the orders wrong. I got a pizza their last week and did not want mushrooms, I got mushrooms. They don’t listen!!! Go to Get city pizza!
