My pizza and salad were delicious but it seemed only one employee was running the whole place by herself when I came in for lunch. I was thrilled to find out they offer gf crust options, but the woman working was not super helpful in describing the differences in crust sizes for the gf options. When I went to leave I accidentally spilled my ice water. I tried to go to the counter to get her attention but I could not see her or find her.

The staff almost forgot our breadsticks when we picked up our order. The breadsticks and one of the pizzas was over cooked and didn’t even have all of the toppings. I used to love Donatos but this experience was really disappointing.

My sister and I ordered this pizza for delivery every week because we love the way this pizza tastes. The only problem we have is that every single time we order, the pizza is never cut correctly. We always ask for pie cut slices and we never received it that way. It’s always cut wrong. I wish we could order from another store.

Pizza and bread sticks were good – tried the hot chicken pizza and it was surprisingly good. The bread sticks and cheese is always a winner for me when I visit Indy as it isn’t something you find elsewhere. I waited an oddly long amount of time in the pickup line for one car which took 10 minutes to move. Not sure why they wouldn’t just be told to pull around if they are going to have to wait 10 minutes but oh well – next time I would just go pick up at the counter.

It was a good experience. My husband and I both worked there and that’s how we met 11 years ago. However, they remodeled the dining area and restrooms. It looks so good in there. The food was still great and not to mention, dontaos still has the best cheese sauce hands down

I usually get very good service here very good food so I really have no complaints the reason I only gave it four stars is a couple of times my food was overcooked and you shouldn’t have gave it to me because it was overcooked overcooked. But other than that you guys do wonderful.

Hilariously zero stars. Negative stars if possible. I was hung up on by an associate when I called in. My order literally took 2.5 hours to arrive hahahaha and when it finally did show up it was all crumbled up on itself. I placed my order for delivery on the app. The driver (Josh) called around the time the order was set to be delivered and told me he would be pulling up in about 30 seconds. I said, “Great! I’ll be right down.” I put on my shoes and immediately went downstairs to meet him outside my apartment building. 3 minutes later, he wasn’t there, so I called him, and it went to voicemail. He ended up texting me that he waited for 2 minutes and then left the order outside because he has other orders. We ended up finding out that he was outside of the wrong building (he switched 2 numbers). He said that wasn’t his fault and that I typed it wrong. I drove to the store and spoke with Herschel, and he was AMAZING! He confirmed that my address was correct in their system, he remade my order, gave me a drink while I waited, and was very nice. If he is not already a manager, he should be promoted immediately.
