1st timer!!! Ummm let’s just say I’m not going to count this out completely. I’ll have to try something else. I wasn’t pleased with my food at all. However, at the sametime I didn’t know what to order. What I do know is that I won’t be getting that anymore. The chips was great and the brownie was moist and absolutely delicious

Was visiting from out of town. I grew up eating Schlotzskys, but they aren’t located in my current area.

The food was fine. Not a fan of chips you could buy anywhere as a side, but the pickle was a nice touch to the French Dip sandwich. However the unfriendly behavior of the cashier and the unclean tables and floor is not a good experience. The floor signs are meant to prevent falls and it protects the business from being sued. So I see they are leaving the floor signs out all day to prevent from having to regularly clean throughout the day. I paid with a $100 bill, the cashier said, “Is this real? I hope it is real, ‘cuz if it’s not…” saying as she is using a marker to determine the authenticity of the bill then asks a coworker, holding it in the air, “Is this real?” The coworker states to use the marker, which she had, and then proceeds to accept it and give me my change. That just exposed to the entire room that a large bill is being used by a person by themself and potentially could have another. And it is rude to doubt aloud and threaten.

We ate at Scholtzsky’s for the first time in a long time recently. It had intentionally been a while because we had such a bad experience during our previous visit. Unfortunately, this experience was not much better. The cashier was having trouble entering the order into the system so she asked the manager for help. The manager was extremely rude to her which is not only bad management but it is also unprofessional to act that way in front of customers. The food itself was pretty good but not worth the drive across town.

Dining at Schlotzsky’s is a real treat. The service is wonderful, and the atmosphere is great. Schlotzsky’s scores five stars in these areas 1) the taste of the food and fountain beverages, 2) the service, 3) the price and overall value, and 4) the appearance/cleanliness of the dining facility. The food is always delicious, especially the Schlotzsky’s Original Sandwich. The fountain drinks are expertly carbonated and properly mixed. The staff are friendly and all smiles. In fact, if you request a pickle with your sandwich the kitchen will give you one for free. This Schlotzsky’s location gives a military discount. If that information does not apply to you then you may be interested to know about the Schlotzsky’s app for your mobile device. Using the rewards, one can save a considerable amount on the price of the food. Overall, Schlotzsky’s prices are reasonable and won’t break the bank. Finally, the facility is well kempt and clean, including the separated female and male restrooms. Definitely a great and safe place to bring the whole family.

The food was good, waited about 20 minutes for two sandwiches and a small pizza. We arrived there 20 till 11.00 10 minutes after it opened the the place was very dirty. I am not sure what has happened but the last few times we have been there the place has been dirty. There was at least three employees of which two were standing around. It would have taken about 5 minutes for the two employees standing around to clean the tables and clean the water from off the floor

This place has been around for a while and I have to give credit to the owner, short staffed and all they are still here. Not as good as it once was. The food was good however it was very expensive! My wife and I paid nearly $40 for two sandwiches and chips and a calzone with drinks. If you are rich and can afford such prices go for it, but I’d recommend something a little more modestly priced. Or a least feel like I recieved $40 worth of food. Again, kudos for still staying in business 20 plus years but food isn’t same not mention what you get for your money. I know everything is more expensive now-a-days.

Loud yelling from the kitchen. Cashier acted annoyed to be there. They made my sandwich wrong and didn’t give a hoot about getting it right.

My wife and I go here every time we are in this are of Lexington. It’s a great go to for a quick bite and we like that we can get different sizes of sandwiches. Probably our biggest draw to this place is that bread…oh my God, that bread. It is quite literally to die for.

I am so disappointed– we have been coming here for decades and it has been declining but today was a low. We ordered our food at 11:33. It came out at 11:53. There were four other customers in the restaurant. The girl at the register rolled her eyes, rubbed her face repeatedly, and sighed every time she spoke to someone. It was obvious that the customers were an inconvenience to her. When she and the girl at the drive thru weren’t actively taking orders they were too busy texting on their phones and drinking their sodas from McDonald’s to assist the three or four other employees who were trying to tackle a catering order and still taking 20 mintues to make a single sandwich. I give more people the benefit of the doubt than most but, the excuse that good workers are hard to find is difficult to swallow when you stop by Chick-fil-A or Culver’s– which is where we will be eating from here on. It’s a shame because the food is delicious but the frustration isn’t worth it.
