This JJs is by far the worst location I have ever visited, in any city or state. Orders are never even close to correct and the sandwiches are just cobbled together terribly. If I can make a suggestion. Maybe don’t have the register people always be debilitatingly stoned. They are wildly inaccurate and unhelpful.

Just received my order. I tipped $4 for a sandwich, chips and a drink. Received no straw, no napkins AND there was no Mayo on my blt so it was dry and not very good. I always try to tip well in hopes that an establishment will take good care of me and my order but it apparently made no difference in this case. By the time I combed through my car to get napkins and a straw and got back to my office I could have just picked something up and spent less. I definitely won’t be ordering from here again.

This location is never open when it says it should be. 3 times now they’ve been closed before closing time at 5pm. I understand not taking orders within 20-30min of closing but being completely closed (no phone answer and no online orders) at 2:30pm or 3:45pm is ridiculous. If they are short staff they should amend their hours.

Never on time for an order. My office is a mile away from their location and when we order lunch, they NEVER get here when they say they are going to. Its ridiculous. If I could give them less than one star I would!

the food is usually pretty good but the service is almost always horrible! i just had it delivered and the man that brought it was incredibly rude for absolutely no reason. the only nice worker i’ve ever encountered here is a younger blonde girl and she is always very sweet. but this older gentleman was horrible and he should really work on his customer service! i was gonna give a cash tip but after the way he spoke to me i didn’t think he deserved it!

Been there twice and most likely won’t return. Both times ordering the unwich (lettuce wrap) it was nearly impossible to eat by hand, would have been better off in a bowl. At my last visit I watched the person actually throw back some of the lettuce wrap that wouldn’t stay put before wrapping in serving paper. This partly allowed the whole thing to fall apart. Two other customers in front of me also had order issues. They need to focus on and improve employee training at this location before I consider returning

Ordered delivery at 11:40am and still have not received my order and it is 1:06pm. Called the store and they said they were busy today and my food should be delivered soon. I understand people are busy or understaffed but you should phone the customer and let them know maybe about the extended wait time, but its been another 20 minutes since I have called the store and still have not received my food and its less and a 7 minute drive away. If i was not at work I would drive up there myself.
