Picanha is the noble part of the sirloin and our signature cut. Our gauchos chefs leave a little bit of marble on the picanha because our grill rotates each skewer of meat – this means each skewer is marinating the whole time it is slowly cooking on the grill.
Spicy Top Sirloin
Our traditional picanha, the noble cut from the top sirloin, seasoned with our unique dry rub recipe.
Garlic Picanha
Picanha, our traditional cut with a garlic crust.
Ribeye
The cut with the heaviest marble, our ribeye is expertly butchered and seasoned with a pepper blend, then slow cooked to tender, juicy perfection.
Bottom Sirloin
The bottom sirloin is the cut with the most consistent marble. Seasoned only with sea salt to preserve the full flavors of the beef, this is one of our juiciest cuts from our grill.
Filet Mignon
This is our leanest cut of beef and one of the premium selections. Galpão Gaucho’s executive chef chooses a traditional Brazilian preparation style, which uses only sea salt, in order to high-light the quality and flavor of this cut.

My experience here was amazing. The service was off the hook. My server Angelia was very sweet, my waters and sodas were never empty she was super attentive of our needs are waters were never emptied. The table was always taken care of. She went above and beyond to take care of our needs. I will definitely be coming back.

The staff was incredibly attentive and came around many times to make sure that you got to sample everything you wanted. They even asked if there were any special requests you wanted (like what kind of meats you specifically had in mind to try). The sides were delicious, but I made the mistake of filling up with them instead of the delicious cuts of meat they were bringing around! Highly recommend the lamb (not pictured), it was seasoned so so well and it was juicy and delicious and cooked perfectly. If you came here for the steaks, I wouldn’t bother with the chicken and fish! They came around with bacon-wrapped chicken and salmon with passion fruit sauce and although they were good, the stars of the show were the steaks. (Sorry for the blurry pictures of the actual meat, camera focused on the people in them and I tried to crop them out!!)

The meats are so good especially steaks. I love the grilled pineapple and cheese, which are so delicious and unique. The service is pretty good, friendly, pleasant, and funny. The only bad thing is meats are too much, and the stomach is too small.

Very nice, clean, great service. Everyone is so very nice and this place is run so efficiently. I am impressed as I don’t get to go out to eat much with Autistic toddler that will not eat anywhere. They were very understanding, they gave him fries, but he refused them. There’s always someone there to ask you if you want something to eat.

Can’t complain about the best buffet ever. Meats are cooked perfectly and the salad is always pleasant. They need to calm down on rushing you out lol you can really feel the vibe. The speedy service with options of cuts of meat to fill you up coupled with the vibe to rush out while you’re trying to digest your food is not a good feeling. To add, the customer service is on the level of any top rated restaurant. Overall great place to visit and would be back to enjoy another full belly. I recommend them all the time because it’s an experience you must have.
