Why is it every time I order from this location, it takes almost an hour, if not longer, to get my one sandwich? And when it does finally arrive there is always something wrong? The people are nice, but seems like they really need help and need to be more courteous and let the people know they are running behind so we aren’t calling multiple times about our food, when we live a mile or less from the restaurant.

I ordered at 6:08pm tonight 1/4/2021. It was a $53 order for delivery. Almost an hour past and I called. They said order was out for delivery and put a $15 credit under my phone number. The delivery guy finally showed up at 7:35pm. Another 3 minutes and I was going to call and cancel the order. I never ever had such a bad experience with Jimmy Johns. I love there food but I wont order again. The driver said they remade the food but my drinks was pretty water down by the time it got to me and I only live 1.8 miles from there store a 4 minute drive. So do I really think they remade the food? Nope

I order my food at 6pm after waiting for about an hour and a half I called to ask about my dinner she told me it would be king out next after getting the notification that it was out for delivery I waited another hour and a half at 9pm I finally called to cancel my order they told me that they already canceled my order with out at least calling to let me know that I would not be getting my order.

Would leave zero stars. My delivery was “out for delivery” at 4:25 pm. By 5pm I was calling to ask where it was and if everything was okay, the very nice girl on the phone told me that the single driver had 9 orders. I asked her why they had put them all out for delivery at the same time. If it takes 10 mins to deliver each I’m still waiting 90 mins for my order. That’s not fresh let alone freaky fast. By 6 pm I was calling for a refund. Still hungry, slightly furious. Will get subway next time.

This is the second time in a row that I’ve gotten very out of date bottled sodas from this establishment. When I called to inform them, their response was “yeah that’s been happening a lot”. Please either contact who’s sending it or throw it out. You’re going to get people sick.

This location has given me issues every time I’ve ordered. First time I waited an hour for my sandwich and then called and got a credit and still had to wait another 30 mins after to get it. Other times they have delivered to the wrong door at the wrong building. I wish they would double check the address before giving my neighbors my sandwich. Will be ordering from another location in the future.

I ordered delivery for a lunch break at work that only lasted 35 minutes. I had my food in 8 minutes. The sandwich was delicious and the prices were amazing! 8″ sub, chips, delivery, and a tip only cost me around $10-12, and it was worth every penny. I’d never ordered from JJ’s before, but with sub prices going the way they are everywhere else and the amazing service I received, I won’t be ordering anywhere else anytime soon! P.S. the online ordering was incredibly user-friendly and quick to use on mobile!
