Big box ordered at 7:48pm and was not delivered until 10:28pm. Pizza was placed on ground which is disgusting. There is a patio table which the notes show the pizza should be placed on. Box was not sealed at all. I have been on hold with the store for over 45 minutes now and still no answer. Correction, someone answered and asked if I wanted to place and order and if it would be delivery or carry out. I explained that I had not received my order and he placed me on hold which after 45+ minutes I’m still holding. Frustrated I hung up. I need a refund ASAP. Do not order from the winter park Florida location.

Apparently there is minimal training being done. How else would five pizzas all be made incorrectly? When staff uses the wrong dough there are fundamental problems beyond the wrong sauces and wrong toppings or worse, “whoops, guess we forgot the cheese!”

Horrible customer service pull up and worker is outside smoking a vape, as I walked inside of the store there was no sense of urgency to come and see about the customer. After clearly seeing me walk through the door. I’m sorry your vape is more important than the customer. And I definitely did not see her wash her hands. The older lady with the two ponytails it seems, is the only one that actually WORKS!

I just received my order tonight. This is my first time ordering from Pizza Hut for delivery and the delivery service was excellent. The delivery driver was super quick! I can’t recall his name but he gave great service and the food was still hot and fresh when it arrived.
