I love their pizza as a vegetarian I have not been disappointed with accidental meat on my veggie pizza. I only took away one star because on several occasions the pizza will have an air bubble which messes with the yummy taste. The people that work there are great people and on rare occasions when we have them deliver vs carryout they get the pizza to us nice and hot with no damage. I definitely recommend this Papa John’s!!!

I would give this review a 0 if I could. Our delivery was almost 1 hour late, so we decided we would pick it up and see what the issue was. Turns out our order was sitting on the rack and cold. We asked if we could get the delivery charge off and the delivery tip back, but the answer was no and they couldn’t do anything for us but make an extra pizza which would take “15-20 minutes”. No, we waited an hour to eat, we aren’t waiting any longer. Maybe it was a bad night but left the impression of a joke. I would recommend ordering or eating somewhere else until this business gets it figured out.

Worst communication! 2 hrs later I still have no clue when my pizza will be here. Call the store to check…. the only one who answered is the ordering line and would not give me any Information on our pizzas. This store keeps declining. I will go elsewhere due to their lack of communication!!!! I can deal with a wait… but let me know!!!!! Super upset right now. This isn’t the first time. This has been happening the past 7 months !

Terrible customer service. Ordered a pizza for delivery and was told 45 mins. Pizza never showed up 2 hrs later. Tried calling at the hour mark, and no one picked up. Was getting hung up on for 20 mins straight. Wife had to go into the store and ask for refund. No apologies no “how can we make this right” nothing. Will not be buying from this locations anymore. Short the stock.

Ordered our pizza for delivery at 7pm. We called at 8:30 pm because the app was stuck at “making”. The representative said it’s in the oven and they are waiting on a driver. It is now 9:20 pm. Still no pizza and the app is stuck at preparing. I’m extremely disappointed at this location. We tried calling, the line is saying the location is closed. Getting someone on the phone is a pain from the beginning. I do not recommend ordering delivery from this location.

I wish I could do negative stars. We ordered 2 large pizzas that NEVER ARRIVED! An hour and 15 minutes after we placed our order, the delivery person called to be let in the neighborhood gate. We let him and then saw him pull in the driveway, open his trunk, and get back in the car and leave. No pizza! We called the store for an hour afterwards to speak to a manager and NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE! Worst Papa Johns location ever! Just lost my business. What a joke

I ordered 3 large 3 topping pizzas this one was supposed to have double cheese and double ground beef. Almost no ground beef and definitely not double cheese either. Also ordered Pepperoni Lovers which has very little pepperoni, they should take lessons from Pizza Hut, Domino’s, Little Caesar’s or Marco to see what a pepperoni lovers looks like. The other was a 6 cheese that looks like a single cheese with dried Parmesan sprinkled on top. Complete waste of $50.00. This is the third time Poppa Johns in Montgomery TX burned us on pizza that is worse than frozen pizza. Staff not much better than pizza, rap music playing so loud when I walked in you could not hear yourself think and kind of thing looking guy that had non-serving attitude. Not worth your time and definitely a waste of money!
