I love sushi. This was the worst sushi I have ever had. Ordered a spicy tuna handroll – in the middle was a long stringy piece of cartilage and connective tissue about 3 inches long. Completely inedible and disgusting.

I mean it’s not five star like for Nobu, but relative to what it is and what’re it’s at, Kaia absolutely totally rocks on all levels, not least of which is making really good sushi. Like really, really good. The Kaia Signature Pairing for $88 has to be one of the great bargains of its kind in Vegas. I highly recommend this place, especially if you’re already doing the VR in Area 15.

Yall are tripping, this place is amazing. Better, IMO, then The Beast. The rolls were simple but flavorful. The japanese caesar salad was 1 of the best salads I’ve ever had. And the ube cheesecake was delicious. Def will be coming back to Vegas to go to Area15 soon.
