I give up. I checked my order and waited for someone to come back to the window but they didn’t. Every time something is wrong. Extra roll, missing. Family sized mashed potatoes, instead a regular with an entire freaking scoop missing. Dude. I stated it clearly and it was repeated at the window this time. Still paying and not getting what I pay for. It happens so often it’s just a waste to drive all the way out there for that to constantly happen. We need better places and people who actually are capable of listening.

We were a party of four. We went in and the young employees were to busy playing with their phones to take our order. When one did take our order, he acted as though we were a bother to him. Three of us got our food. About 15 minutes later, an employee finally realizes we are still waiting. He told us the last order fell off the screen. There was nobody else in this restaurant, so it wasn’t like they were busy. Every table had food from the previous customers. Not once did they stop to clean or even look. This establishment is in serious need of management.

Went in to the Franklin location. First off I noticed that there were trays (not sure if they were roll trays or for the chicken) either way they were stacked on the trash can. The young people at the counter were to busy playing around to take an order. We were told it would be 10 minutes for tenders which is fine thanks for the heads up. But when we wait for 30 minutes and then you come and say you are out of part of my order. Like seriously why couldnt you tell me when I placed my order? Then to look at the area where they put food in boxes … there are like 7 boxes sitting there wide open … food getting cold while they go and disappear around the corner. Had my whole meal refunded and left. Looks like they need to hire some adults and not a bunch of kids

Great food and service. New chicken express was best I have had in a while. The manager was great also. Stopped for a quick bite on the road and was not disappointed. Chicken was not greasy or bland like others.

Terrible!!!! The girl at the counter said she was going to walk out like 3 times. Was so angry about something ♀️ Was literally dropping French fries on the floor like she pays for those. Gave us a 20 piece without gravy, then when we asked for it she said oh we have to make some … uhhhh ya that would be great. I keep giving this place the benefit of the doubt, but enough is enough. If I was the owner I would be embarrassed, I’d set up a camera in that place, and fire all the bad apples. Franklin is too nice of a town for that kind of service! Not usually a negative review leaver, but something has got to change!

Food was good but the lady at the drive thru didn’t listen to our order. Speaker was horrible at the drive thru. French fries sound much different that okra, we ordered fries with our meal and okra was what we got. Wouldn’t stop asking questions long enough for us to answer.

Ordered the number 4, 3 piece your choice asked for breast and only recieved 2 pieces of chicken. Gave them one last try this time ordered 30 pc tenders with large mashed potato, rolls were overcooked almost burnt gave me three small gravies. Definitely the last time I will eat at this establishment. Gave 1 star only because zero is not an option.
