Placed an order for pickup to be ready at 10 AM. It was prepaid so that all I had to do was swing through and get it. I arrived at 10:05 and decided I would walk inside to pick up my order. I walk in, and there is no one else in front of me. I proceeded to stand there for a couple of minutes before any of the 3 people working there even acknowledged my existence. When I am finally acknowledged, I tell the woman that I placed an online order for pickup. She points to the pickup area where a single coffee sits and walks away. So, I stand there until another young woman walks up and asks if she can help me. I explain to her that I had also ordered a dozen donuts. I hand her my order slip that was with the coffee, and she gets my donuts, apologizes for the wait and gets me on my way. The food and coffee were great. Overall, not a horrible experience. The second woman I had an interaction with was very friendly and helpful.

!!Before I leave my review…please note..that this review is for the MORNING CREW. After about noon..not good. The guys they have running it literally do nothing. They’re always clowning around..there is always something wrong with the POS system..always messing up coffees..always doing basically nothing. This is the worst Dunkin after the morning crew leaves!!! When we see the heavier set guy working we literally leave..we know the shift change happened and coffee is garbage.

Waited at curbside for 25 minutes. Finally gave up and went inside. I have a chronic pain disorder and curbside is just easier… Told the employee I had been waiting. He looks at the receipt and said he didn’t know. The receipt says curbside right on it. Definitely not impressed

This Dunkin location is my favorite! Bobby, the manager, is very professional and friendly. The coffee is great, the food is great and the staff are super friendly and courteous! I frequent this restaurant often and look forward to purchasing my order and the interaction with all the employees. Shippensburg is lucky to have this Dunkin and it’s great crew!

We love coming here, but we always order whipped cream on our frozen coffee drinks.. and we never get it without having to ask twice, and today we didn’t bother asking the 2nd time because we got a mean look from the people inside… so instead we just drove down the road to Starbucks. Sad

The girls at the drive-thru window are beyond pleasant! So sweet and smiling every time even if it’s busy and if anything isn’t right they make it correct with a smile on their faces. I never caught their names but you can always expect them to greet you with a smile and it’s so awesome especially if you’re having a rough day. I have a new baby and I go there for coffee almost daily and after some rough sleepless nights where I go there tired and worn down I leave there feeling positive and happy because the girls at the window are so upbeat and happy that it turns my day around! Thank you Dunkin for hiring some awesome people to serve the community!

Stopped off the highway to refuel our caffeine intake and got a bagel, a donut, and a hot tea. They didn’t put the requested sugar in the tea and practically forgot to give us the bagel. We had to ask for it after the fact. It kind of smelled like sewage outside as well.
