Craving pho, we stopped into Pho Street on Market Street. We ordered two orders of the deluxe pho with a side order of summer rolls and spring rolls. The pho was really really good. The broth was incredible. The spring rolls were quite crispy and crunchy while the summer rolls were packed full of shrimp with a good dip to accompany them.

I came here because the pictures of the summer rolls look fresh on their page and I was not disappointed . Their beef summer rolls were amazing and their pho was too. You order off of big screens at the front of their restaurant and then they call your number for you to pick it up. I thought it was super cool. Thanks for having this Canadian girl!

I went to Pho Street with my sister for an afternoon lunch. We both got the Beef Ball Pho along with the Shrimp Summer Rolls. I really liked the Pho, the broth to noodle ratio was great. Fresh ingredients. Not to mention I’m pretty picky with my soup and it was delicious. I also loved the kiosks for ordering. It makes ordering and getting your food simple and easy. I was excited to try the Shrimp Summer Rolls but were disappointed when the ratio of the rice noodles and greens were way off: too much greens, very little noodles. The peanut sauce was great though! I would just prefer if there were a little more noodles to balance the ratio of ingredients. I’ll definitely be returning to try out the other items on the menu.
