We visited Popeyes with high hopes only to be disappointed with a travel size kids meal. I ordered a 2piece with a side of mashed potatoes..Lol they gave me a mini scoop of mashed potatoes, a dry thigh and a greasy drumstick…wait let’s not forget this hard biscuit! I originally wanted the chicken strips but they refused to cook anymore food at 9:30. I mentioned the closing time to them and they said we’re about to close…at 9:30? I’m not sure if it’s the Night employee’s doing or not but something needs to be done about this. Let’s not forget how hard that chicken has gotten & someone need to teach the night crew how to cook the biscuits! I give up Popeyes.. ♀️

The prices are way too high and the customer service is terrible I couldn’t get the chicken I wanted, and the persons taking my order and I say persons because two different people was taking turns talking about my order and all I wanted was a 3 piece with, 1 leg, 1 thigh, and 1 breast and some red beans and rice and couldn’t even get that Also 1 of my thighs had a hair cooked in the batter I will not be eating here anymore! The original owners that started it were way better

Ordered tenders online 1-24-23 bout 5pm. Got home n it was spicy regular chicken. Went back n ordered tenders again on a separate order. Told the girl at the window what happened n she was nice but a woman behind her started talking loud n crazy. Very disrespectful. The nice girl told me to pull up n she would bring out the tenders. I waited a while n went in to see if they forgot. The nice girl was almost at the door n the rude started talking crazy again. I walked out. I’ve had problems here before, from wrong orders, completely out of chicken at 7:30 pm, out of sides, being ignored at the drive thru, rude disrespectful employees. I’m done. I don’t need Popeye’s chicken n will not be back.
