Very nice and helpful people. It was our first and probably our last time at this restaurant as we were driving from East to South. The wrap was delicious. The coffee was great. They helped us to find a place to pray as well. Recommend it to anyone who is around the area.

I couldn’t believe to have found a real authentic Turkish cafe/restaurant in TN! The food was homemade by the sweet owners: hummus, baba ganoush and couscous salad are so light, fresh and have a personal twist; sarma stuffed grape leaves appetizers are so refreshing and packed with flavor; pistachio baklava was heaven…yum!!!

It’s a family business. Very nice people. Food is good. I’ve been maybe four times. Very consistent quality. The atmosphere is kind of basic. Tables and chairs, homelike is the closest I can come. Still well worth a visit.

Best Gyro/Döner I’ve had on the East Coast. Very fresh, including the vegetables. The meat was juicy and full of flavor and the pita was perfect level of crunchy-ness for pita.

What a wonderful visit! I took my daughter’s mother-in-law who is visiting from Turkey along with our 2-year old grandson. The owners were so gracious and we had the most wonderful visit. And this had to he about the best Turkish food I have ever had!

Consistently one of the best spots in West Knoxville for a delicious and inexpensive meal. I’ve been coming here for years and it’s always great and the owners and staff are always super friendly. We usually share a veggie platter and döner platter which gets you a little bit of everything.

I don’t live in Knoxville, but always find time to stop here when passing through. The food is delicious, very fresh and reasonably priced. I don’t normally eat meat, but make an exception here. The doner wrap and baba ganoush are my favorites. A must-stop. Either on a road trip or whether you live in Knoxville. Highly recommended.

I got the Sultans plater #3 and my family all got Doner kebab plater #1. The food was great to taste except 1 item on the Sultans plater that I did not like it was not listed when I looked up each name individually it was sweet and looked like rainbow apple sauce. The restaurant was a friendly environment, it was small with pictures of Turkey. We were welcomed in and the owners were ready to help. However I look places up before going so had an idea of what I wanted before arriving. So the 2 stars is for the foods taste as well as the friendliness of the staff. The missing stars are because I felt shorted on the meat with my plate and portion based off the pictures so that was a disappointing. The #1 is also a bit deceiving because there is actually a pile of rice under it so you are not getting all the meat (gyro) that is pictured. You also go get your drink from a cooler and you clean up your own table when finished setting the plates on the counter. However you pay after you eat so they can put a tipping scale on your receipt for the meal they simply put on the plate. The tipping scale is as if you went to a restaurant and were served food, drinks, and table cleared, but that is not the case. So again the food was good to taste but the portions are small and the tip is odd for the way it’s set up. Don’t let the pictures decive you. We do recommend with you knowing what I shared above. As you can see from my picture the meat is SMALL compared to the other items on the plate and photos online.
