I come here ALOT and always use the app. I normally have to wait 20 or so minutes for my order and it’s usually great. Today nope, waited 20 minutes and staff gets a zero stars for today. The whole order was messed up. Went back to correct order and get missing items and they screwed it up again.

I ordered two kids happy meal. The person serving the orders got it wrong. One burger one chicken nuggets. The person gave me two chicken nuggets that was not the problem that could be easily solved . The manager seems to have a lot of complaining about customers. After my issue another customer came in and was concerned about his order. I was sitting with my grandchildren and we heard what she had to say. Poor customer service. Someone needs to speak to that manager. Definitely will not be returning to this McDonald’s again.

Manager who took my order was very nice. Rest of the staff is why I will go to the other Venice McDonald’s from now on. When I asked for the sauce for my nuggets, the guy putting the order on the counter walked away from me. Then asked another employee and her response was “hey I’m on break but I guess I’ll help you… Here” as she tossed the sauces on the tray. Then I had to go back up to get my drink that they had also forgotten to give me.

Lady at the first window taking our order definitely had no clue what she was doing. Wasn’t even able to help me use the app and didn’t apply any of my codes and was confused and pushy. Clearly annoyed and impatient with the customers (heard her taking orders with other people).

I come to this McDonald’s every year when I’m vacationing. Its usually before I take my kids to the park, and every year it’s the SLOWEST McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I ordered two nugget happy meals. Only two cars were in front of me, it took over 10 minutes to get my order. There is one thing this McDonald’s does year in and year out, and its provide the slowest service in the great state of Florida. #makemcdsfastagain

Sadly, another poor outcome at this McDonalds. We ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches, all with sausage. Only 1 came with sausage, the others bacon. One sandwich was on a biscuit, unfortunately it was stale. I do try to give places a second/third try because everyone has an off day, but this level of inaccuracy when it was not busy is unacceptable. Unfortunately, it was not the first time either. Done going to this location, I’d suggest anyone else do the same. Nothin but attitudes behind the counter. Drop food off and scram, ketchup machine doesn’t work, so when asking a male worker for some, I can hear the girl catching attitude over it. Maybe your location can brush up on their customer service skills cuz this is terrible.

Normally I’ve never had a problem at this McDonald’s getting my food hot, fresh and the right order. This time I went on a Sunday around 5pm. When I walked in a girl with dark hair in a bun rudely said can I take your order, not “Hi welcome to McDonald’s”… I thought okay whatever… but then I tried to ask about a value meal and she didn’t confirm the price she just put it in the computer rude the whole way through the order. Then as I’m just standing at the counter simply reading the menu board to see what else they actually have (there appears to be no manager on shift) all the employees preparing food are giggling in the back and the same girl who took my order says to another employee “can you go help this white girl”? The employee who took my order appears to be white herself and says to another employee that no she’s not racist, but I’m questioning is she talking about someone at the drive-thru or the person standing at the counter, which is me? Then the order ahead of me is called with a number, but my order is just put on the counter and nothing is said to me, then the next customer’s order number is called after mine. This girl is acting as if she knows me and I’m not familiar with her plus I’ve been out of FL the last 3 years!! The initials on the receipt are KS and who knows she could be a manager herself but she has a ghetto attitude…I ate my food was but was afraid that something happened to it I should have just asked for a refund and left
