I can’t say enough about how I was made to feel right at home here. I travel for work and it’s not easy to feel comfortable eating out all the time. Good home-cooking and a genuine conversation… you can’t beat it. The food was wonderful and I’ll definitely return next time I am in town.

Lots of menu choices, including “specials”. I think I would describe as good comfort food. The service is where they really shine. You order at the counter, but they keep checking on you to see if everything is ok or if you need anything else.

The owner was the only server when we were in on a Friday lunch. She was hustling to help everyone in the dining room. It took a bit longer, but she never needed to be reminded of a request or something she said she’d bring. Also, she worked diligently to social distance the guests and keep everything well beyond our comfort level.
