I came in 15 mins before closing and staff had removed all food and basically told me they were out of everything. I understand they are wanting to leave at exactly 10pm, but if the restaurant is open till 10:00pm the food should be available until closing. The staff was not prepared to serve until closing. As a customer, I feel management should educate their staff on business hours.

This is one of the worst Chipotle I’ve been to. The employees here are least interested in serving you and don’t not proportion the food right, I asked for some fajita veggies in my burrito and the bowl of vegetables was literally empty with the last 2-3 strands of peppers left in it and as I asked for it , the employee threw those last few strands in my burrito and moved on without any hesitation. Honestly, it’s the worst service experience I’ve had. I guess no body told them that we’re paying for our food and it ain’t coming out of their paycheck. They seriously need to quit having this kind of attitude.

Please, with tears in my eyes. I’m begging you. Don’t eat at this Chipotle. It feels like every employee here is trying to get an award for worst Chipotle in America. I’ve eaten here several times and always feel a bit queasy. I gave it a few more chances and it’s always the same result. Hygiene practices are consistently not being followed. Gloves are handling cash and multiple orders while touching POS screens. Nobody cares. Meat is served lukewarm and has the consistency of rubber. The rice is stale and overcooked as well as the tortilla chips. There’s not one positive redeeming quality about the food. It shouldn’t even be served to a dog. When the staff feels like closing or there’s not enough employees, they’ll just lock the doors and leave customers stranded outside. Do yourself a favor and heed my warning, it’s just not worth it.

Worst Chipotle ever. The whole vibe was off in this place. As soon as I got to the line it smelt like mildew a very unappetizing smell. I should’ve taken that as a sign for what’s to come. The line kitchen looked like it had been hit by a tornado. The small fridge where they keep drinks if disgusting. Lots of ingredients were out, no vinaigrette, when asked if there was possibly any left I got a rude no. The standards here are extremely low as well as the customer service. I worked at chipotle for 4 years and this would not fly by my old managers or I. I will be giving this place another try in 6 month when and if they have changed staff. I used to love this location because their food portions were always good but I just went this past Saturday and they barely even gave me any rice or beans. Also when I went I say that they were putting out fresh chips so when I told the cashier that I wanted some he grabbed some from under the cash register table and they were sooooo stale

Have lived in the area for approx 7 years. This was the chipotle i used to go regularly to b/c it was the best location. Not sure what happened in the past few months but its obvious from recent reviews its massively gone downhill. Managers look mad they have to be there, employees unhappy, always out of product. Go to belt line and coit, they take care of their store much better. I would suggest a new general manager as its clear the problem stems from the top.
