My husband, kiddo and I went out to Ruby Tuesday of culpeper. (Our first mistake) We all got the salad bar. I found this dead beetle in my salad after having eating a plate. I wanted to vomit . My husband got the manager. Her name was Amanda. She only comped my salad. I told him we are NOT paying for any of our food. We all got salad and god knows what else was dead in there. I told the manager that we won’t be paying. She said “oh you just had the ONE bug.” Excuse me! Wow really. ONE bug? Does this make it ok? She had an attitude about us not wanting to pay. She still kept the drinks on our check so we paid for those. My husband told her she should be worried about changing out the salad bar. This is absolutely disgusting and unsanitary. Amanda acted like this was an everyday thing.

We eat there several times a week. Managers are great and always want you to be pleased. Annabelle is an excellent waitress and aims to make sure your food is excellent. Culpeper Ruby Tuesday is a great place to go for a good meal.

Food was fantastic. I love a good salad and their salad bar will fit the bill for any salad craving. Our server was wonderful and checked on us several times during our meal. I would only improve on turning the music down a few decibels. My associate had the baby-back ribs and claimed they were awesome. Definite return visit in the future.

So sad to see a childhood favorite turn into a huge disappointment. Stopped in here yesterday because it’s one of the last ruby Tuesdays standing near me but it shouldn’t be… doors need to be closed on this restaurant. It was dirty when we walked in and not a soul in sight. That should have been our first sign to RUN! But we stayed and both ordered the fried shrimp combo and yikes…. The menu shows jumbo shrimp with a nice lightly fried batter but what we got was nothing like the picture.. it was small dry shrimp burnt to a crisp. Popeyes has better fried shrimp…. Not trying to bash this restaurant but please please please either make a HUGE change or close doors.

Food was pretty good. Had the New Orleans Seafood. Service was quick and efficient. Not sure why this place is not busier. Saturday evening and place was pretty empty. Relatively quiet too, which is nice. Sure a busier place would have been louder but quiet is nice for a change. Coupons from newspaper made dinner very inexpensive. Back when this was the only chain restaurant in town it was always busy. Lots of choices now so coupons hopefully will encourage more business. Would like to see this place stay open.

The Wife had a Gift Card, several years old for Ruby Tuesday. The Ruby Tuesday in Our Town Closed over 2 Tears Ago due to Covid 19. We were visiting a Relative in Culpeper, Va and discovered they had a Ruby Tuesday. We went there for lunch. The Restaurant was clean & Orderly, The Waitress was Friendly & answered all of Our Questions. We ordered The Salad Bar & Iced Tea. The Salad Bar was fully Stocked, Very Clean & Orderly. The Iced Tea was Tasty, Like Home Made. The Lady who Re Stocked The Salad Bar kept everything full. A young Man went past our table a couple of times, I spoke to Him Complimenting Him on How good the food was & the Good Staff. He said He was Johnathan. Johnathan runs a Tight Ship. The Wife & I will be Back For Sure.

This place was amazing! Everybody who assisted me was nice, I had just gotten fries and ranch as a little road snack while I was driving. The manager (I think her name was Amanda?) was super nice. So helpful and sweet. Food was really good, would try again.

I wanna give a better review, but I can’t. The service was horrible, and my food was burned. The guy took our order and brought out 4 drinks, and one was wrong. And when he brought the beer, it had sat so long it was warm. The manager was truly amazing though..he took my food and made sure it was cooked right, and he brought out a cold beer. I’ve given this place more than a couple of chances. I just wish people cared about their job more than they do these days.
