Went through the drive thru and ordered food had to take a second to decide then when I told him what I wanted I was going to ask for gravy and he just said my total and didn’t say anything. Then when I got to the window he still continued to be rude and never gave me a chance to update my order. Then after we paid and we asked for our gravy we could hear him inside the window saying extremely rude things.. then when we offered to pay for gravy he acted like they weren’t just saying horrible things. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Very disappointed. Didn’t even get the sunday I payed for with my meal as well.

One star for just having dine-in! Thank you, DQ in Plainview. Simple setup for seating and a general brazier menu of burgers, chicken sandwiches and chicken strip baskets. The #4 Cheese Grillburger came with double beef patties and double cheese. 1/2 lb. of grilled 100% beef patties with Swiss and American, thick-cut fresh tomato, lettuce, pickles, ketchup and Mayo on a toasted bun. Paid for the upgrade and got the cheese curds, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Staff were friendly and the food came hot. Only in Minnesota one would embrace the gratitude of being able to sit inside a fast food restaurant. The small things we are thankful for.

Overpriced plain hamburger and med twist dipped in chocolate. The idiot who dipped it, didn’t even dip I deep enough. They stopped just short of the cone and it was a hot day. The ice cream was dripping all over the place. Ultimately it was tossed out the window at 85 mph. I will not be back.

It was horrible. Went there at about 5pm tonight on my way thru town. First off the soap dispenser in the bathroom was broken and no other soap option. How are the employees washing hands? The first girl that talked to us was concerned about the soap and went to get the manager. The manager was rude and replied that she would go look and then came back out of the bathroom in less than a minute and shoved the nice cashier out of the way and was pushy about taking our order. Then after waiting almost 10 min for our food the fries were cold and soggy and the chicken was cold as was the burger. There was me and one other customer. No excuse!! The best part of the meal were the blizzards that the nice cashier made for us. Won’t be going back and definitely do not recommended eating here.
