What a day. This place is awesome. Started off in The Spa. Big shout out to Theresa who did my facial. 10 out 10. From the moment you step into the place the service is first class. I went to Versailles Restaurant for a friend’s birthday dinner. The atmosphere was beautiful. Unfortunately, we were seated at 6:30pm, and dinner was not served until almost 9pm. The plate was warm but the food was cold. I and several others ordered Short Ribs. They tried to pass off Pot Roast as Short Ribs. We were very disappointed. One guess was on medication she had no choice but to eat some of her cold meal in order to take her medicine!

This place is fabulous and picturesque to boot. The food is fantastic, but the greatest thing is the location, ambiance, and the collection of fine wines. I like super sweet varieties, so I went for the tropical.. Multiple lit fireplaces indoors and the restaurant was excellent. Worth the drive and the price.

Another mixed experience at Chateau Elan. One breakfast came out effectively uncooked (raw potatoes) yet our Afternoon tea was outstanding. In both cases the staff were excellent- they just need a consistent kitchen to back them up. Giving four stars because of the Tea service and staff consistency.

Amazing experience. Great service!!! We had calamari for a quick bite before we came back for dinner. We had the crab cakes for an appetizer. Great flavor and just crab meat. For the main course we had the Rib Eye and Filet Mignon. The Rib Eye wasn’t cooked medium well so they took it back and returned with one that was cooked perfect! The Filet Mignon was cooked to perfection. Great marinade. Very tender. Just a great evening!! I recommend this restaurant for service, guality of food!!!

The eggplant pate appetizer was tasty! Chef was out of the special lobster shrimp ravioli by 6:45pm but the Mushroom Ravioli was an amazing replacement. Both friends’ medium-rare steaks came out medium-well.
