We tried to come in for lunch on Tue Aug 1 and they were closed cause people didn’t show up for work. Then today, Aug 4, we try again and their cash register is down and they have no way of accepting payments unless you order online. Seriously if my kids didn’t always want this as their going out meal I wouldn’t come back. The food is amazing though.

If you go into a Chipotle and are unhappy with the food or service, you’re a miserable person and should not go there. Stay home and eat box rice and canned tuna in your mother’s basement. I’ve never gone to a Chipotle and not been 5 star happy. They will give you an extra helping of everything including CILANTRO with a smile on their face . No one does that. The person behind me in line usually asks, “You can do that?”

The employees clearly don’t want to be there. Portions are good, and if you go during a peak time the food is good. If not, it will lack freshness and be riddled by the negative attitudes of the employees and lack of teamwork inside.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a veggie bowl, which includes guacamole. They failed to mention they were out of guacamole until the end. I asked if I could sub queso and they refused. I have been ordering the exact same bowl at Chipotle for years and every other location will substitute if they run out of guacamole. So instead of doing what makes sense, they ended up with a bowl of wasted food.

This location definitely does not live up to the Chipotle standard, food was cold and dry they skimp on the meat and load you with beans and rice, they hide there Tabasco sauces behind the counter due to theft?? Been eating at other chipotle locations for over 10 years this location is a disappointment.
