I go to Charley’s a lot in different cities.. and this is the worst I’ve ever seen my sandwich prepared.. the bread is over toasted and somehow soggyat the same time as well as ripped, the meat is stuck to the box and has paper attached to it now and they were skimpy with the mushrooms, onions, and green peppers

Basic mall-quality food. Nothing spectacular, but I ate every bite with no regret which is always a good thing. I will say, I did not like the uncooked veggies added to my sandwich. I usually prefer sauteed peppers etc., not cold ingredients added. I actually really hate that. Great Steak is an example of a restaurant that sautees then adds the veggies to the sandwich – MUCH better option for me. Charley’s does offer specialty beverages (lemonades), but I did not get one, but will next time I go here.

Went to the mall today was very happy to see a Charleys my boyfriend and I ordered the same steak and cheese we both got loaded fries I had mine with jalapeños they were great. The subs were great I got me a lemonade it was so good once I finished that one I got another one this time peach flavor so delicious
