Visiting my family from NYC, where we don’t have Culver’s and decided to try it, very glad I did! Everything was so good, burger was a 10/10 and I loved that there was a large selection of sides and sauces (I got the cheese curds, fries, and pretzel bites, all super good). Great frozen custards too! I’ll return whenever I’m in town seeing my family.

The food was ok. I’ve had worked at a Culver’s before n missed their tenders. Sadly I was disappointed in my daughters, I got the original and she got the buffalo to split. My tender tasted good but my daughters on the other had had a weird texture to it when I took a bite. My spouse ordered the cod sandwich and he said the cod tasted old as if they used old cod. I know they are suppose to get the meat and fish delivered daily for that “fresh” taste. The cashier was friendly but could speak up a little louder. When given my food it was placed on the table n the bagger, who I believe was the manager, just took the number. An acknowledgement that my order was done would have be nice.

I literally just left the drive thru, we had to flag down the kid running orders to the car to ask where our food was (it was 2 orders of chicken tenders) because we have been waiting for 20 minutes. My wife went into the store and they actually forgot about our order and never made it, it was rushed out to us but still the lack of service is not what I expect from a Culver’s

You all just can’t get an order right can you. 1. Why is it so hard to get a single patty mellt. As well as receiving onion rings as ordered vs fries. Are they not a menu option anymore. And best to follow order number when giving food if you’re going to use them.

Trinity chooses not to provide good customer service. She argued with me when I told her that I ordered a different drink as if I’m not the one that placed the order. 3 times she brought me the wrong drink. When I asked her to talk to the manager, she refused. While spoke with the manager Trinity thought it would be a good idea to laugh at us. When I finally was able to speak with the manager, Josh, after atleast 15 minutes, he was very nice and tried to rectify the situation. Unfortunately, I am just not sure that is possible.
