Very dissapointed by the product. I ordered a pizza with original crust but instead I got thin. Although that doesn’t seem important, the result was a hard, dry crust with minimal fluff. For this price I expect better. The employees were very nice though. Honestly the main reason I didnt call and complain was because I didnt want to bother them while they were likely busy with other orders

Hey Papa John’s, for a pizza “delivery” business that has been unable to locate my house 3 times in the last year or the driver shows up well over an hour later (3x what was estimated on your tracker app, how much longer can you expect to get any positive word of mouth, referrals, or grow your business in this community? How much longer can this franchise expect to thrive once we get a competitor’s franchise that can actually deliver pizzas? Just kidding, those are rhetorical questions………… We order from your business due to a lack of delivery options, not because of your exceptional customer support. Amazon, UPS, USPS, FedEx, Lyft, Uber all have figured out how to navigate to my house using google maps—-for years now!!! Keep deleting my post. I’m Hangry and bored and will keep reposting. The pizza is honestly good but if I’m paying $45 for two pizzas I expect to get them delivered to me 5 miles away less than an hour after getting out of the oven. Almost half the time I get a call looking for my location. The last time, and I mean it will be the last time, after three calls still no sign of the pizza. I called the store manager and got no resolution other than “I guess they’re looking for you”. I called the driver to send it back. There needs to be some training for the drivers and for local management on customer relations. I will find another pizza restaurant that works a bit harder and has a better attitude for their customers.

I ordered 3 small pizzas today, 2 were fine but one was moderately undercooked with soggy dough in the middle. This is not the first time this has happened to one of my orders. It would be great if they would cook the pizzas with more toppings a little longer to make sure they are fully cooked. Other than that the no contact delivery went fine and they go the details of the order just right.

Delivery was great, bread sticks and supreme pizza were good, but..Daaaaannngg!!! What’s up with the sauce on the Philly cheese steak pizza?!?! Tasted like sour mayonnaise slathered all over the crust. It was so terrible we actually threw the entire pizza out. (No, I don’t have COVID-19 and never had it. Taste buds are fine).
