Good pizza. The crust is nice: crisp on the bottom and chewy and a medium thickness. The sauce is tasty and there is a proper amount of it, and there is generous, but not excessive, cheese. I’m a garlic lover and I think the sauce could use more garlic.

This is my absolute favorite Pizza Emporium in the entire state of New York. They have absolutely everything! From fresh baked cookies to ‘trash plates’ pizza and the sauciest wings you can find in Fairport. I no longer live in New York but every time I come home, I try and make this my first stop after getting off the plane. The place is and has been completely family owned and operated since they started. They are a truly caring establishment. They genuinely care about the customers and employees. The trash plates always have amazing not too spicy, perfectly balanced with flavor hot sauce, and the mac salad is always prepared fresh. The crush on all of their pizza is a perfect combination of just fluffy enough and stiff enough to get a good grip on. Home fries are always perfectly crisply edged on the outside and soft on the inside. Inside the restaurant is very clean and welcoming. The parking lot outside is shared but I have never had a problem with parking when picking up. The delivery drivers are family too and most if not all of them live within their operating area and are always very friendly. They also have a large stock of drinks that are available for purchase with your meals inside. Ordering over the phone has always been a breeze and they have never gotten my order wrong through years of going there. I look forward to coming back again and having more of this amazing food.

I was given a gift card from Perinton Pizzaso, so I decided to stop. The service was incredibly excellent. I ordered the eggplant parm dinner. The sauce was amazing, good, and so much food. A couple of wks later, I went back and ordered the eggplant sub. . I can’t wait to go back and order more.

I work nearby so I only come for slices at lunch. The location is hard to spot from the road so you have to know it’s there. That said, they are by far my favorite slices in Rochester. Slightly zesty sauce, crust is always crispy with a nice chew, good pepperoni and sausage, and a satisfying portion size. It always hits the spot and with $2 slice Tuesdays it’s a can’t miss!
