McMenamins always has good quality to their food, and this one is no exception. Each part of the food was delicious and well-cooked, especially the bacon, and I can’t get enough of their tater tots or the sauces that come with. It’ll be on the pricier end, but McMenamins is always that way, and you always get what you pay for.

$30 ($36 with tip) for a two piece fish and chips with a soft drink is extremely low value for the money. The food wasn’t noteworthy, either. It’s the kind of thing that you would have expected to get at a typical diner or Applebee’s. Service was fine, though it would have been nice if the server didn’t use the royal “we” in every single sentence he said to me. “Do we want a refill?” etc. Food came out promptly.

My cod was very good even though a bit greasy. My daughter’s sandwich bread was hard as a rock but they made right by her and the waitress, Emma was absolutely wonderful. First time ever the food wasn’t top notch. The sweet potato fries were amazing.

Really love this place! It was lunch time & it was busy so we waited a bit to put in our order, but everything arrived hot, correct & delicious! Love the atmosphere, the history. Our waitress was engaging, efficient and welcoming. Highly recommend olympic club!
