Great experience! I had the Italian sausage sandwich and the wife had chicken salad sandwich. Both were delicious. There was a little wait while the food was prepared, but that is expected when each meal is meticulously prepared. Onion rings were GREAT! About 15 flavors of very delicious ice cream. This is a takeout review. All food is eaten promptly in the vehicle. I ordered the meatball grinder, chili, fries, and cole slaw. The chili was good, very thick and a nice flavor. The meatball grinder was OK, the bread was quite hard at ashe edges because of the toasting. The cole slaw was also OK. The fries left me disappointed. Just not much about them that I liked. On a scale from 0-10 I would rate this 7.4.

Tried to go here on the 4th of July with a group of people and this year they were closed, but every other time I’ve been there the food and service has been quite nice. I enjoy the country atmosphere and the service is exceptional. Their ice cream is fantastic. If you need a quick bite of food while in the area, and you are in the mood for American, be sure to stop by for a delicious burger and shake.

Customer service is good but I got a fried shrimp platter and their fried shrimp is literally just cocktail shrimp battered then fried super lazy . And the batter doesn’t even stick cause the food is already cooked when they put it on. Pretty disappointed

Got a milk shake and was served a small cup of flavored milk. Literally. It was no thicker than milk. For that price I was expecting a great milk shake not the worst I have ever seen. What a joke. There are far better places near by that make their own ice cream. I will NEVER return!

Oliver’s is a fun place for kids. They have a playscape and cheap kids’ meals. It’s mainly outdoor dining with lots of yard games and a view of the mansfield hollow dam. Unfortunately, most of the food is fried, but for a sunny day, it’s the perfect spot for a quick stop.
