So many options to choose from and their gluten free bread is amazing! Great customer service, they forget to warm my sandwich sometimes but I’ll still eat it or warm it myself. Wish they’d wipe the tables down more often but still recommend a visit to this location!

Ordered a sub an hour before they closed. Came in a couple minutes before closing to pick up my sub and employee had locked the front door already and tried telling me my order was not received. I could see my order on the shelf. Luckily a different employee (manager maybe?) went and gave me my sub. Sorry you werent able to steal my Dinner I guess?

Had hair in my sandwich, called to let the manager know and requested if she could promote hairnets in her establishment. Her response was that I should know that these sorts of things are a common occurrence in establishments like Firehouse subs. Utterly disappointed in her nonchalant behavior, wasn’t looking to get my money or a replacement sandwich.

Very friendly staff. Ordering was a breeze and the lady behind the register was patient waiting on our 4 year old son taking his time telling us what he wanted to order. He was super excited when he was given one of the toy fire hats to wear while he was eating.

5 stars from me . Each and every time I come here the staff are very professional and super friendly. Usually a young lady or young man will help me and they are always super respectful . Another thing that compels me to write this review is that whenever I come in someone is always cleaning ! Either mopping or cleaning the lobby or cleaning the counters .that tells me that they are very clean in the establishment . Also,sometimes going to an establishment and teens are working the service isn’t that great. But that is never the case here

This was my first time at firehouse subs and I had a delicious Cajun chicken sub that had just the right amount of heat for me. I also didn’t mind rounding up my bill for a good cause (to support firefighters and first responders).
