Ok, so this place is on point…. These girls Kendall, Elvira? I think please forgive me. But these girls are kind, funny and brought a smile to my face . The food, perfection but for service like this I’ll always come back to this location….. I also have an allergy to red meat and they always make sure there is absolutely no cross contamination when I get my Jamaican jerk turkey sandwich… Never disappointed.

The hook and ladder salad is outstanding when it has the chopped cucumber in it. Otherwise it is just mundane. If you want a salad, make sure they have cucumber and are going to put it in that salad for you. It’s supposed to have it. Also, make sure if you order extra salad dressing that you get all the dressing that you’re supposed to get which is one for each salad plus your extras. Lately they’ve done very well with this, But there was a while there that I would get home and they would always be something missing

When you say “only” numerous times so you don’t get lettuce, tomato, onion, mayonnaise or sometimes mustard, and it’s even repeated back to you, and yet somehow that’s all you get… 2 stars because this “only” happens about 1 out of every 4 visits. I’ve tried “plain” before when ordering the club, only to get shorted the bacon, sometimes the cheese as well. I’ve even tried listing the items above as “no x,y,z” to be corrected that I really “only” want other toppings. If there is a secret way to “only” get certain toppings, I have yet to find it. Otherwise it’s a really good sub.

I do like the food here, but the processes could be improved. I placed a “Rapid Rescue” online order, which was supposed to be ready at 2:05 pm. I left with my food at 2:18. They were NOT busy. They prepared my order and left it BEHIND the counter. I wasn’t able to just pick it up without engaging employees. I assumed maybe they had been busy until i got there. But I noticed that literally everyone left and went on break at the same time. So then I asked about my order. An employee picked it up and gave it to me. Then another employee questioned him saying “are the cookies in there?” He responded “yes, they are in there.” I checked the order and they were not there. Then the employee informed me that they were out of chocolate chip cookies but offered me something else. You tell me, was this handled properly? As much as I do like the food here, I will NOT be returning to this location. I will drive out of my way to avoid this place. There has to be a system in place to handle orders when all ordered items are not available. And the process shouldn’t be leave the order behind the counter and then act like everything is there.
