I love that I can order the unwich and it is so fresh and satisfying. The unwich I order tonight was fantastic. The only downside tonight was that, despite that “Jimmy John’s fast” marketing they did for so long doesn’t seem to keep with this location. That sandwich is amazing but it was kinda slow.

Nice veggie sub, dine in place and restroom are clean. Understand JJ don’t toast bread but sub tastes way better when toasted, and no choice for cheese and/or bread. Signs, posters and thoughts are nice and funny!!!

Great sandwiches. Haven’t had a bad experience yet. They kind of struggle with customizing your sandwich a bit, but great quality ingredients and a good price for how large of sandwiches they give. Beats out subway any day.

Normally I’ve had pretty good interactions with this location. Food order is correct, employees are nice and the food is fast. That’s changed recently. Tonight I ordered at around 7:05pm and its 8 and nothing yet. Called to see where my food was and was told it could be another 10 min. No offer of a discount was made…nothing. I order from there a lot but if it keeps getting worse I’m not going to stay ordering. I understand that stuff happens but you should at least try to make it better somehow.

I have been here probably 25 times in the past three years. Maybe they are not ‘freaky fast’ as advertised, but they have never gotten an order wrong, and the folks working there are always polite and professional. I’d rather have them be ‘freaky accurate’ than ‘freaky fast’.
