Ordered 10 piece wings with a side of fries to be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived in 15 minutes with the order sitting and waiting. I live less than 5 minutes away and the wings were cold but the fries were good. I start eating and it looks like a wing was bitten off of. I called and mentioned it and asked if what I was given may have been a cancelled order. I was told that they weren’t and was the only order made today. I was willing to return the order with a remake but that was not offered nor any customer service given. Also the wings were small, dry and overcooked. Waste of $15.

We love the wings here! Wings are medium-sized rather than large and tasteless which is what we normally find elsewhere. We went yesterday and felt like we were visiting family, we felt so welcomed!

It wasnt that I couldn’t contact you all because your phone line is tied up, or the fact that you’re doing a limited menu on superbowl Sunday anticipating that there are people who may not want to eat 25 wings or enough food for 25 people. But the fact that your very rude high school worker made it a point to say bye very loudly to me as I was exiting your establishment after I told her I was good. How extremely pitiful, disrespectful and unprofessional. I’m a customer who did my part in trying to contact you all and was shamed for deciding I didn’t want to eat 25 wings or any of the other food on your extremely limited menu. What a disgrace.

Normally one of my favorite places however recent visits have been less than favorable. My most recent visit had the following issues. 1. The lady taking my walk in order was very nice but seems easily confused. 2. I was next in line and the computer went down and I was then directed to go through the drive through. 3. When I got my food it was the wrong order and had to come inside to fix it.

Always my go to wing shop. Never disappoints with good size wings, sauce choices. Also, they have the best and cheapest fried pickles. Looks like they give you an entire jar. Their chicken fingers are also good. Try it you’ll like it. Look for coupons in mailers.
