Traveling west we stopped in Murdo for the night. From our motel we walked down to the nearest restaurant which was the Buffalo Bar and Restaurant. We ordered hamburger and fries. In my opinion what makes a good serving of hamburger and fries. Fresh buns, good meat, fresh tomatoes and lettuce. Plus hot French fries. Buffalo bar had it all. If you’re traveling west and need something to eat, you won’t regret stopping here.

Went there tonight and it took FOREVER to get our food. Was told the wait would be 20 mins… It was 40+ and then it was an hour and a half before we got our food. Most of the food came out cold. There were no apologies and no warning on how long food would take. It’s hard to keep two kids entertained for 2.5 hours!! Hopefully the wait isn’t always this bad and the food is warmer and tastes better!!!

Nice family owned business. Food delivery was FAST and the prices were incredibly low. Bar is separate from the dining area. Nice quiet place for a family dinner or a small business meeting.

We loved our visit to the Buffalo Bar And Restaurant. Classic atmosphere, food and service. Gourmet? No. But tasty and a great place to stop whether you’re local or traveling on I-90. We would return for sure.
