This facility is a larger and nicer than the average Subway. The food was well and efficiently prepared. Like most subways, they got bogged down when business picked up – it is the nature of hand crafted sandwiches. Some of the staff were more pleasing and pleasant than others.

I frequently visit this Subway location because I work right down the street. I am always so impressed with how friendly, fast, and clean this location is. I always order using the app, and the staff remembers my order (and even remembers the flavor of cookie I get on occasion). Today, I ordered a sandwich for my boyfriend as well, who has multiple allergies, and the staff handed me my order letting me know they were extra careful in preparing the sandwich after they saw the note I put. I highly recommend this Subway over any other location in Fayetteville!

I thought this Subway was fine. They have signs up saying that they’re short-sty, but I am pretty sure they are staffed at normal levels. It hasn’t affected service any times I’ve visited. Though, one time they didn’t have any cookies. I would like their prices to be lower as you can eat at any of the nearby restaurants for the same price. They do keep the seating area clean. Last visit they were playing the radio out of the overhead speakers at a fairly high volume. They don’t need music when they have customers. It is still a decent stop when walking near campus.

Treated my son to lunch here. He got a 12 inch, I got a 6. I paid 38 freakin dollars. Ya hear that? THIRTY-EIGHT DOLLARS! For 18 inches of mediocre food. Over 2 bucks an inch, or 2 bucks a bite! I’m never stepping foot into another subway the rest of my life. Guess they gotta pay Romo, Jeter, Mahomes, Barkley, etc.

No cups for water. For an almost $16 sub I think it should be ok for you to give a cup with water in it.

I have been to this subway several times as it is very convenient to my work. My visit today will be my absolute last. I ordered something I have ordered before and when I checked out the total was double what I have paid before. At check out the “sandwich artist” was confused and told me they had a new menu. After she figured it out she gave me the total of almost $20. For one combo meal, not upsized, no extra meat or sides. I told her that can’t be right and she refused to look and redo the order or total. I refused the order, which I don’t like to do but I knew that wasn’t right. When I got back to my office, without any lunch, I checked the same order online and other stores in Fayetteville and it should have been around $13. Subway, when you get a new system or menu, please train your employees how to use it. She was clearly confused and refusing to re-check the price was just customer service at its worst. This is on a university campus and no student or family visiting should have to pay that for an employees mistake.

I meet my daughter here weekly for lunch. The employees are so very friendly and exceptionally helpful. We had an issue today with using my app to pay, and the sweet cashier paid for it herself to keep the line moving. All the employees go above and beyond to make our lunch enjoyable! It’s always so clean, too! Including the bathrooms!

I came into the U of A store around 9pm and the store was super swamped. The line was all the way to the door as people were still coming inside. The workers, Timothy and Veronica, were working hard and fast to get the line going but did it in a professional and friendly manner. My sub was amazing and Veronica made it perfectly! They went above and beyond, even under a lot of pressure. Thanks for the great experience, I will definitely be coming back to see Timothy And Veronica!

I’ve been to this Subway several times. They seem to keep whatever hours they feel like. The hours of operation sign is more of a ballpark statement. Sometimes they’re open, sometimes not, you just have to swing by and hope. There’s never anybody at the registers, I always have to wait for somebody to come out from the back, which can take a while because there is usually some kind of soap operatic melodrama occurring. Food isn’t good enough to tolerate all the BS that goes with simply walking around the corner for a sandwich.

I recently had the displeasure of finding myself at this Subway location after scoping out the campus bookstore. With such a convenient location, I figured it would behoove me to snag myself some healthy eats, as Subway is know for its nutritious and delicious price-friendly menu items. Unbeknownst to me but beknownst to the two employees, this would not be as pleasant of a visit as I had originally anticipated. Upon approaching the counter, it came to my attention that both of the cashiers were heavily under the influence of marijauana. The cashier that “took care” of my order continuously rolled her eyes and refused to suggest alternatives items, as the items I requested were unavailable at that location. She attempted to put salami, a product that I find absolutely repulsive, on my sandwich. Thankfully, I intervened before the situation could further escalate, requesting that she place pepperoni on my sandwich as I had originally requested. The sandwich tasted bad and it was way more expensive than i expected. Don’t come here.
