I used to work here for years so I know the food is good so I order from here. Over the past year whenever I order something is forgotten. I have had breadsticks forgotten 3 times, fries forgotten once, and today I ordered a bacon cheeseburger sub and there was no bacon. I try to not call and complain as I did work here and understand how customers can be but today when I called and asked to speak with a manager I was told they were busy and I “might” get a credit or they could come pick my sub up bring it back to the pizzeria add the bacon and then bring it back to me after I just waited an hour for delivery?

Ordered loaded fries and it came with 4 spoiled hard dark Brown cheese, If it was Nacho cheese then it had been sitting in the fridge for at least a month one container I opened was hard like a hockey Puck The other 3 had dark brown Hard chunks on the top and I tasted one of them it was real Sour I ended up throwing the whole meal out that was nearly $50 worth of food in the garbage. The last 2 times I ordered loaded fries, one time I got no condoms at all, the other time I got tartar sauce and ketchup, I am done with them I can’t be throwing money away on garbage food, the quality has gone downhill in the last year or two

Placed an order for a sheet pizza, before pickup I called to prepay as someone else was picking it up. I was told they had no record of the order. I asked them to please place the order now and asked if they would deliver it as a courtesy and they said “yes in 35-40 minutes and for a delivery charge”. I hung up and ordered from Imperial and had my pizza in 25 minutes. I then waited a month before ordering again, only to get a pizza and garlic bread. Was told 30 minutes on the phone, when we arrived we were told it was going to be an additional 10 minutes because they ran out of an ingredient. 15 minutes later we were given an overcooked uncut pizza and cold, burned garlic bread. When I asked the girl at the counter if the garlic bread she gave me was the one she just took off the top of the oven, the one I saw sitting there when I had entered 15 minutes previously she said she didn’t know. No common sense to call a customer and advise them there is a delay and to also wait on cooking other items in the order. Another customer was also waiting for her order just as long as we did and her pizza was done 15 minutes before her wings. I can’t imagine what her pizza was like.

I walked into the restaurant to order a slice for dinner. I stood at the counter for 5 min and no one came to take my order. The takeout driver saw me. So I left got and got food elsewhere.
