One and done. Service was horrible. Ordered out drinks, they came then ordered our meal, didn’t see the waiter until the food came out, which came out in two shifts. The manager bought me a drink for the inconvenience, which was appreciated. My son ordered the banks steak, it had more fat and cartilage on it then meat. Everyone else got burgers and said they enjoyed them. If it wasn’t for the horrible service I might consider going back.

Just left Burgerology in SB. First time here after hearing some rave reviews. 3 1/2 stars at best for their burgers. Husband had a Henry Ford burger, and I had the Atomic(minus the bun). Something was just missing. Burger was moist and tender. But no flavor, kinda as if you cooked the beef at home on the stove top. Waitress Amanda was polite. Not many people for a Saturday afternoon, so food came out pretty quick. Shakes looked amazing but didn’t get.

Was seated at a dirty table outside after we asked not to sit on top of another family inside meanwhile there were other options available. Menus were sticky, table next to us had leftover food on it before we were seated & was still there after we left. Burgers were overcooked. Fries & ice cream made the kids happy.

First time here. Got here early and there was no wait. Yet we waited a very long time for our food and it wasn’t even crowded. Half our food was cold and the other half was incorrect. Waitress was very nice and accommodating.

I knew from the second I saw the bacon on my chicken that the food was going to be awful..Mac and chs tasted sour..the cook either doesn’t know how to cook or just doesn’t care.. absolute worst experience I’ve ever had eating out..if the waitress wasent so nice I would not of paid for a thing..you want to charge so much for a burger yet can’t make them how the customer ordered it? Find a chef who can execute the menu correctly or throw the whole menu out and stick to drinks..the lemonade was the best part of our experience there.
