We like the food at Freddy’s, however service was not as we have come to expect. My shake was only 3/4 full and my wife’s burger ordered without mustard had mustard. They were not busy at all. Also the staff kept speaking so load in the mic that it was not clear what’s being said. The food was good, but at the price of today’s food. Service is very important to your experience.

This was the first time I have ever eaten here and it was delicious… Loved the loaded fries and the jalapeno pepper jack double burger was great … The wait time was miniscule for the time of day I ate there … Loved it all and all a great experience and will most definitely be back

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The food is greasy to the point where the bag was literally dripping in my car and all over the seats. The service is terrible and workers are rude. Takes forever in drive through and inside. Ordered chicken tenders ended up being about 36 in total with all my other food only to discover they did not give me chicken tenders because they didn’t even bother to say they were out. Almost payed for something I didn’t get. 0 out of 10.

Honestly the food is great, that’s why I came here, but the staff. Rude. There was barely anyone in here for them to get my order wrong. And instead of saying sorry, the excuse of forgetting a part of the order, the girl says “oh I didn’t realize you wanted now…” excuse me? I don’t want to eat with my whole family right now!?!I just hate being disrespected for no reason. And there was no paper towels in bathroom, they were subpar at best. Get it together Freddys.

Hit and miss in my opinion. Some days it’s on point, quick service and fresh tasting food. Other days it’s extremely slow and our food has been not so good. Definitely would not recommend the chicken sandwich. And if you get fries be sure to ask for the fry sauce to set them off properly. 😉

Average size hamburger bun like you would buy at store. Hamburger was about 1/4 to 3/8 larger than bun all the way around. It tasted good but was very greasy. I had the cheese fries which were shoe string fries smaller in circumference than those at McDonald’s. The cheese was like those on nachos. The floors between tables and soft drink station was greasy also. I walk with a cane and almost slipped several times. There was no mountain dew, I notified the girl at the front counter, she said ok but did not notify anyone nor did she even attempt to remedy this. The raspberry tea had a small sticker under the name that reads do not use . The two drinks I wanted. When you order in, the drink cup you get is an 8 ounce Freddy’s plastic cup .

Ordered online and it didn’t tell us they were out of chicken tenders and neither did the people when I picked up my food. Luckily I checked the bag before I left. Once I brought it to their attention they substituted the tenders for a sandwich, but I had to tell them I didn’t have said item I payed for. Not to mention I had to wait an additional 30 min for my food after I got there. When it said it should be ready in 10 to 15 minutes. Which is how long it takes me to get there from my house.
