Ordered a deep dish and got this abomination. Clearly not baked in a dish and was just a small pizza pressed into a square. Manager, who was clearly high, could have cared less and told me it was fine. Never going back. I included an image of mine and what they are supposed to look like so maybe the employees cab take a look and make it properly for the next poor sucker who orders from them.

I used to love this place. Nothing special, but good for the price. Until this previous order. The “Detroit style deep dish” was two round pizzas. No cheese crust, nothing at all resembling what it should be. The “Deep dish dippers” were also not deep dish, no crispy cheese crust, nothing even remotely close to what they advertise. To top it off, I ordered the pizza well done and everything was raw. I can’t even believe that someone made my order and sent it out knowing it was total garbage. Completely inedible BS excuse for pizza that completely ruined a customer for life. Will never come back.

I’m never disappointed in the food or the service! Their pretzel crust pizzas are THE BEST thing EVER created imo. Their cheese bread is the amazing! The staff are always nice and accommodating, no matter how busy they get. I honestly can’t complain for good tasting, GREAT VALUE pizza.

The pizza was pretty disgusting, but that is normal for Little Ceasar’s. That would be why it is so cheap! However, if you are looking for a cheap meal, it does fill that void between eating good tasting food and being starving. Ordering in the app was very easy to do. The app has an order tracker so you can find out where in the process your pizza is. Ordering in the app lets you avoid having to interact with employees and you can pick up your pizza via the Pizza Portal kiosk. T-Mobile had a deal for $3.14 pepperoni pizza on T-Mobile Tuesdays on March 14th. Hence, the $3.14 pizza pie.

This is absolutely disgusting. The front counter has hair and dust all over it like it hasn’t been wiped down in ages. The cupboards in the front as well have clearly not been cleaned in a long long time. Workers preparing food with long hair and no hair nets and workers hats have animal hair on them. Uniforms should be neat and clean free of any animal hair. Not sure what I just bought I trust to eat. Bowling Green Little Caesars clean your store!!!

Came in to the store and waited for 10 minutes without being spoken to. Several employees just looked at me and kept on working without approaching. After the ten minutes, Simone came out, smirking, and just said “Um….it’s gonna be a while.” And just stared at me. Really poor customer service. The place looked filthy as well.

By far the worst little experience I’ve ever had. Messed up my order, which happens, especially during rush. Then they forgot to add parm to the remake as well as the original. To top it off they forgot to give me the marinara sauce I bought and when I called their only solution was to get it another day.

Usually pretty quick and kind! The managers are great! However, some cashier/register dude decided to make my pickup extra hard after I spelled my name THREE TIMES over the phone. He said he never got an order for my name because he spelled Colby, ELLBY. Whatever, but then he couldn’t find it under my phone number. Absurd. Upon return, a manager somehow figured out the system on how to look up an order via a phone number, but this made the pizzas 45 min late for the meeting. Absolutely ridiculous. I will have to go to go 15 min out of the way for a different pizza place next meeting.
