Ordered my pizza, and when I got it, I barely had any cheese on it. Just red sauce and toppings. I tried to call but got horrible service and no help from the call center they kept hanging up. Very dissatisfied. Also unhappy with the unprofessional call center, they would even give me the corporate number. Management, please reach out.

I placed an online delivery order at exactly 9:50pm and the store closes at 11pm. I waited a whole hour while updating the app to see when the arrival would be which said 10:20pm and that It was in the oven. I called the store at 10:45 to see if my pizza was on the way but an automated system answered and said my order was canceled. It took the money out my account and I ordered before closing. I had to reach out myself only to find out they canceled my order.They didn’t reach out or anything so in my mind it’s still on the way. This VERY unprofessional and unfair.

I asked for extra pepperoni and it was less than regular pepperoni. The thin crust cheese pizza was burned. I also placed an oder online and had to wait after showing up 20 minutes later.

If zero stars was an option I would’ve selected that. I ordered 1 pizza with 6 wings for delivery. They said 25 minutes. And hour later I called. You can’t get a direct line to the store. The answering service said my pizza has been delivered. It was not. I drove to the store and they said I had 2 orders 1 for delivery 1 for pick up? That makes no sense. Even worse they had the order for delivery still sitting there which was supposedly delivered but the mystery order for pick up was nowhere to be found? They blamed it on anyone but themselves. Horrible customer service. I’ll never shop there again. Rude employees completely ignorant on how to speak with customers.

MY ORDER WAS COMPLETELY WRONG. Prepare what I ordered. I ordered the beef brisket bbq pizza. They sent my ground beef and bbq sauce pizza. Completely different and when I called the location to advise, Raynard told me it’s beef and they don’t sell beef brisket pizza. If what I ordered is unavailable , please don’t place the blame on me as if I have done something wrong. I only ordered what the website allowed me to. Plus the pizza was delivered in shambles and both pizzas were rock hard. I own a food service business, and if there is something we don’t have at the moment, we remove it and call the customer to advise the particular item is unavailable and is there something else we can substitute in place of. I was very disappointed in how Raynard from store 452 S Deshon Rd, Lithonia, GA 30058, handled the situation. He made me feel as if I had done something wrong and next time I need to be careful with what’s ordered…EXCUSE ME!!!! I would like a full refund as the order was completely wrong ( Raynard advise he would provide me a full refund).

The incredible thing is that wages are higher, but service is way down, or maybe the intelligence of the people that are hired. Pizza hut is as dirty as Domino’s pizza, or at least at this location. Poor attitudes, unclean, and unorganized.

For the life of me, i can’t understand why it’s SO HARD for people to do their jobs. I was attempting to treat my coworkers to pizza, and I DIDN’T GET MY ORDER! I called the store to give MY EXACT location, but the delivery wasn’t made. I called the store after the delivery had run over an hour and 15 minutes, only to get disconnected TWICE. When I finally did get someone on the phone, i was told the order had been canceled! I asked why and was put on hold. As i submit this review, I’VE BEEN ON HOLD 15 MINUTES. TERRIBLE SERVICE. I will NEVER order from this location again.

I give 0 ⭐️’s. Now I see why their rating is a 2 because the quality of food is horrible!! I did carryout which was 30 mins from when I ordered, when I picked it up, it was damn near cold an burnt!!! Chicken was hard, ground beef hard, and green peppers burnt. I tried to avoid the pizza hut close to my house because of the quality of food there was bad too. So I traveled out my way to get more disappointment . I’M DONE WITH PIZZA HUT
