I usually stop through the drive through during trips to this McDonalds every time there is an issue. Either I don’t have all of my order or they don’t get my order correct. When pulling around the employee at the window is on her cell phone which is sitting beside the register. I have complained and the employees are rude and unaccomodating. Waited 10 minutes for food after having to go inside with my receipt because my order was wrong and they were in no hurry to correct the problem.

The food was good… that’s it. The mobile app and kiosks didn’t work. There was urine and it was all over the floor in both bathrooms and in the main restaurant. They messed up me and all of my friends orders, forgot my drinks and took my money. Worst McDonald’s ever

They screwed an order up & we couldn’t get back to the store that day. Called & they used the “I can’t hear you” to justify not taking call. Hubby went back today, wasting our gas & talked to management & they put the blame on us for not returning order that day! Horrible customer service.
