Starting from June 27th until July 31st, Fuji Sushi will only offer takeout services and will not have dine-in options. The operating hours will be from Tuesday to Sunday, 4:00 pm to 8:30 pm. Thank you for your understanding.

Been here a few times and the food and service is always phenomenal. Best sushi in the Gainesville area hands down. The gyoza are also fantastic, and they have great premium sakes to choose from. The owner was our server this past visit, and he was a rockstar. He made sure our meal and visit when top notch. We’ll definitely be back again soon!

So she was better than you would expect from a small restaurant service was very good price was very fair loved the peppered tuna sashimi we had the thunder roll which was amazing the sumo role was probably my favorite the lobster roll was good the fire roll was exquisite and I can’t remember the other two rolls that we had everything was very good nothing to complain about you should definitely try the fire roll

Small and casual sushi restaurant. The fish tasted pretty fresh, but the rolls are definitely more westernized. Most of the sushi rolls are either covered in mayo and eel sauce or have cream cheese. Prices are reasonable for Gainesville area. Service was friendly and we didn’t have to wait long for food.

Great value for good food for people living around the area. There was no wait to be seated, but we had to wait a bit to get our food because of pick up orders. We recommend their rolls over their sushi.

I recommend trying Fuji Sushi on a Sunday afternoon. The food is just as delicious, but it is not as crowded. Our service was excellent and our waitress made great recommendations. I had to try the Mt Fuji after a friends recommendation and it did not disappoint. We also tried several other popular rolls and all were fantastic.

Wonderful dining experience, the food and service were well above standard. Thunder Roll, Spider Roll, and Crunchy Shrimp roll were works of art almost too beautiful to eat. Everything tasted as good as it looked, and we now have a new favorite restaurant to go to! Thank you Fuji Sushi for a great dinner!
